Quick Fit

THE HAMPSHIRE ATHLETIC CLUB QUICKFIT PROGRAM

is designed for busy people who have limited time yet want to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  There are three programs, depending on your goals and available time.

1) Quickfit 30-30 minutes three times a week.  A combination of strength training, cardio-vascular exercise and stretching.  Designed for people with serious time constraints to introduce or maintain an exercise component in their lifestyle.

2) Quickfit45-45 minutes three times a week.  A compact combination of strength training, cardio-vascular exercise and stretching designed to build and maintain a high and enduring fitness level. An excellent way to go!

3) Quickfit60-60 minutes three times a week.  A more thorough workout that overlaps muscles exercised on the strength machines and a significant cardio-vascular component.  For quickest results in both strength and cardio-vascular conditioning, we recommend this program if you have the time.
