Aerobics Classes

An aerobics class is an exercise class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness.   Classes are taught in our beautiful studio which boasts the FINEST AEROBICS FLOOR available.  Our CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS teach a range of ages and abilities.  Indoor cycling classes are offered in our new cycling studio.

Class Format
The warm-up phase (rhythmic limbering) elevates the heart rate and increases the flow of blood and oxygen to the working muscles and allows a period for stretching.  The aerobic portion of the workout is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance as well as strength and endurance of the extremities.  The cool-down gradually lowers the body temperature and heart rate.  The one hour classes will end with exercise on the mats and static stretching.

2. Triple Play is instructor's choice of 3 different segments and utilizes a variety of exercise equipment which may  include Step, Bosu, Stability Ball and weights.
3. Stretch and Strengthen
4. Cardiopump (intervals of resistance work and cardio work)
          5. Indoor Cycling
          6. Double Play
          7. Cardio Kickbox
          8. Cycle & Tone
          9. Zumba
          10.Circuit Class
